We ordered our mug press not really knowing anything about Wesubn but took a chance. I surfed their website/facebook page and felt confident in ordering. What a great company!! Not only did our press arrive wayyyy earlier than expected, but It arrived in perfect condition by the carrier. The packaging was intact and the press even came with a nice instruction manual placed in a folder. The press works great and the only thing I would say is you have to play around with your times/temperatures to get the proper results if you are new to pressing tumblers. I would HIGHLY recommend this company! They will hear from us again soon for more products!

The day these advertised. I had to have one. I enjoy the 1 heating element and easy to use features. Sublimated a tumbler in 45 seconds WHATTTTT! This tumbler will shorten your time which allows more production and you know what that means...yes more money! Buy one you won't be disappointed.
