Sublimation Gildan 100% Polyester

Supplies needed:
- shirt
- sublimation transfer
- scratch paper/butcher paper
- repositionable adhesive spray
- Teflon pressing pillow
- lint roller (to remove any loose fibers)

Heat press settings:
- temperature - 380 degrees F to 385 degrees F
- dwell time - 45-50 seconds
- pressure - light

Note: The recommended settings above may need adjustments for best results.
Settings will vary depending on the heat press brand and model ink and paper
and atmospheric conditions.

Wish they were thicker

I purchased the t-shirts to test before I used them for any customers. They arrived quickly and they sublimated well but the fabric is thinner than I was expecting.
