Returns, Exchanges, Cancellation & Store Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to  the sensitive nature of our products. If your item is clearly defective we will replace/refund. Something being defective is when your product is an unusable. Sequin items may have a few miss stitched or overlapping sequin from the manufacturer.

Our processing time is 1-3  business days during normal shipping time.

We will cancel your order with a 15-20% transaction fee deducted  from your total refund. This helps us keep our prices affordable  without losing money due to mid orders or no longer want or need for the product. We do not cancel or refund any delayed or already shipped items. 

We ship with usps and UPS all items are tracked and insured for both of our protection. The time it takes to receive a package depends on your method you choose. UNFORTUNATELY NO SHIPPING COMPANY HAS THEIR GUARANTEED DELIVERY POLICY IN TACK DURING THE PANDEMIC. If your items arrive damaged due to usps /ups you will have to file a claim, If for any reason you follow protocol and they do not refund you. Please email us at customerservice@wesubn.com with the denial letter attached and we will rectify the situation. Someone from our team will reach out to you from the email. It can take up to 1 business day for replies. 

Please Note:
that any order discrepancies MUST be reported within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise. Your packing slip is your proof of purchase and it must be presented for ALL discrepancies. This includes, missing and damaged items. You will need to upload a picture of the items received, the packing slip, and email those along with the issue you are seeking to get resolved tocustomerservice@wesubn.com. If the packing slip is not available, we will only issue a store credit for items that were damaged or missing from the order. The value of the store credit will be in the amount the item was purchased for.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom Fees:
These fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the package is abandoned due to the customer not paying their customs taxes, we will refund the order MINUS original Shipping and 10% Restocking fee.

Cancellation:

All sales are FINAL and any request for cancellation will accumulate a 15-20% cancellation fee.

If there are any issues with your order after receiving, you will have 24-48 hrs to EMAIL US and let us know. No Exceptions. This is going to keep shipping cost and loss to a minimum and those low costs will benefit you!
