Sublimation sticky note and pen holder

▶ Material: MDF Hard Board
▶ Product Color: White front and brown OR black back
▶ Size : Refer sizing picture. The thickness is about 3mm.
▶ Product Application: These blanks are ideal for decoration using dye sublimation printing. It can also be used for other type of craft decoration as well.

Sublimation blank to make holders for post it notes or notepads.

• The top and bottom is a MDF sublimation board ready to press. (they have a protective layer that needs to be removed before sublimating)
• Actual Size: 6.4’’ W X 4.30’’ H approx...
• Approximately 0.12’’ thick each part
• Adhesive included ready to use. Once the 2 parts have been sublimated, the protective paper on the back is removed from the upper part to reveal the glue and in this way join it with the lower part. It needs to be aligned correctly.
• It can be used both vertically and horizontally.

By joining the two parts, a tray is created to hold a post-it type notepad and in turn a pen or pencil.

PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Remove the clear or blue film from the substrate.
2. Remove residue, if any, with a soft damp cloth
3. Place your transfer face down and MDF substrate face up. Secure with heat tape.
4. Press for 55 - 60 seconds @ 380 -400 degrees medium pressure. (Pressure, time, and temp may vary based on your heat press)

5. Once the 2 parts have been sublimated, the protective paper on the back is removed from the upper part to reveal the glue and in this way join it with the lower part. It needs to be aligned correctly.
